We want you to love every Sun Bum product, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items bought directly from our site. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for return shipping.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
